Victoria Douglas is a senior solicitor with over 25 years of experience in the (re)insurance legal sector, specialising in occupational disease claims, particularly asbestos and respiratory-related litigation. 

Victoria has worked almost exclusively with leading Defendant insurance law firms, handling complex EL/PL cases, test litigation, and bespoke matters involving legacy insurers and FSCS schemes. Her client-focused approach and strategic team leadership have supported successful in-house secondments, training programmes, and operational audits.

Victoria joined Pro Global in June 2024 as a Senior Claims Technician, managing a significant caseload across UK jurisdictions. Now as Legal Director and Head of Complex Claims at Pro Legal, she leads the delivery of bespoke legal services, enhancing Pro’s offering to its expanding client base.
